Losing sight
Wondering through life trying
to find things that make me
whole, but finding only emptiness
wherever I go. moving from
person to person trying to find the answer
to what I’ve been searching for only
getting nothing in return
only then did I realize
that all of my efforts
were meaningless
I was losing sight
of the only person
that can fill the void
in my life
and that person is
Jesus.
